Assistant Store Manager Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess leadership experience in retail or hospitality, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and team development.

* Support the store team in leading, coaching, and developing team members
* Deliver outstanding customer experiences through service and presentation excellence
* Assist in managing store operations including stock control, merchandising, and team performance

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong up-selling abilities and the capacity to maximise sales opportunities.

This role requires an individual who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
