Duties and Responsibilities:
This position is a balance of leadership, customer focus, and operational precision. You'll be responsible for driving store performance, building a motivated team, and ensuring every customer experience is true to the brand.
* Oversee day-to-day operations with clear direction and consistency
* Cultivate a sales culture that values trust, service, and style
* Coach and develop staff through training, guidance, and feedback
* Deliver visual merchandising in line with brand campaigns
* Oversee inventory, replenishment, and overall store standards
* Build effective rosters that support both business needs and team strengths
* Track KPIs and partner with your team to achieve success
* Ensure accuracy across reporting and administrative tasks
* Create a warm, inclusive and high-performing store environment
* Represent the brand with professionalism and pride

You're polished yet approachable, with proven leadership experience in premium or designer retail. You know that success is built not only on outcomes, but also on the culture and values behind them. You're passionate about people, proud of the brands you represent, and committed to excellence.
You'll Bring
* Previous Store Manager or senior retail leadership experience
* Strong record of delivering sales performance and KPIs
* Passion for styling, client engagement, and presentation standards
* Excellent communication and leadership capability
* Solid knowledge of retail operations including rostering and stock control
* Dedication to ethical practices and delivering premium experiences
