Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as an Onsite IT Support Specialist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients on various IT-related issues, including desktop, network, and firewall-related problems.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Providing on-site technical support and assistance to clients
* Identifying and troubleshooting IT-related issues
* Installing and upgrading operating systems
* Installing patches and software
* Performing hardware and software break-fix tasks
* Configuring and administering networks, LANs, WANs, switches, and routers
* Installing and administering Microsoft Office
* Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Technical Skills:
* Strong knowledge of desktop, network, and firewall technologies
* Experience with operating systems (Windows 8/10)
* Ability to install and configure network devices
* Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
* Experience with patch management and software installation
* Basic understanding of Wi-Fi and network fundamentals
