Responsibilities
* As a Producer, you will:
* Be actively involved with all production requirements within the agency and perform as an agency producer when working with external suppliers.
* Respond to production briefs and establish internal capabilities.
* Plan and manage timing schedules and production budgets.
* Monitor work scope and risk against all variables and escalate issues to the Senior Producer, if required.
* Maintain communication between all relevant parties, internal and external.
* Lead all appropriate client-facing meetings in pre- and post-production.
* Create and maintain all scheduling requirements, estimates, POs, contracts and final outputs through to CAD and dispatch.
* Manage vendors and talent on assigned projects.
Qualifications
* A Production Manager/Producer with experience from either an agency or a production house.
* Highly skilled in TV, stills and video content production.
* Ready to sink your teeth into any new challenge.
* Focussed on quality output and attention to detail.
* A cool character that stays calm under pressure.
* Exceptionally organised and a natural multi-tasker.
