Description
Our practice urgently needs more than one paediatrician to support our current doctor, who is the only paediatrician serving patients in one of the fastest‐growing suburbs in WA. There are between 300,000 and 1,000,000 people in our surrounding area. We want our patients to be able to access high‐quality care close to home, rather than travelling long distances into the city. We also believe families living closer to the city would appreciate coming to a less congested area for their appointments.
We're seeking independent contractors, there are no room rental fees involved. We offer a very attractive fee‐split model, meaning if no patients are seen, there is no cost to the contractor. We can confidently assure incoming paediatricians that they will be fully booked. Our current paediatrician has a 1‐year waiting list.
Our practice serves a diverse community and already includes a wide range of specialists:
* An adult psychiatrist (with a child psychiatrist joining soon)
* A nephrologist
* A cardiologist (with on‐site echocardiograms)
* A midwife
* A general surgeon
* An orthopaedic surgeon (with another joining soon)
* A plastic surgeon
* A physiotherapist
* 10 GPs, with more on the way
We are also planning to add a speech therapist, occupational therapist, gynaecologist, dietitian, exercise physiologist and more.
Our medical hub covers 1,350sqm of space. Upstairs includes around 600sqm with:
* 17 GP consulting rooms
* A large treatment room
* 2 care‐plan rooms
* A cosmetic room
* A large kitchen/conference room
* Western Diagnostics pathology
* A lift
* Beautiful elevated views
Downstairs, we have 150sqm reserved for our soon‐to‐open pharmacy, plus an additional 600sqm on the other side.
We acknowledge and pay respect to the Traditional Custodians and Elders — past, present and emerging — of the lands and waters on which RACP members and staff live, learn and work. RACP acknowledges Māori as tangata whenua and Te Tiriti o Waitangi partners in Aotearoa New Zealand.
