As an Inclusive Employment Australia Ongoing Support Consultant your responsibilities will include:
* Proactively build and maintain effective relationships with participants and employers, this will involve face to face, phone and on the job support
* Identify any barriers that may impact upon ongoing employment and address them promptly to ensure the placement is retained
* Monitor work placements for participants who have already been engaged in employment beyond 26 weeks, towards the achievement of monthly targets
* Work closely with current and potential employers on their labour needs, identifying opportunities to market participants for additional placements
* Assist with verifying and obtaining evidence of employment, including payslips
* Achieve or exceed all KPIs and apply an outcome focussed, high performance approach to the role
About you
* Relevant qualifications in areas such as Employment Services, Community Services or other relevant areas is desirable
* Previous experience in employment services including advanced barrier management, reverse marketing, placement of candidates into employment and provision of post-placement support will be highly regarded
* Demonstrated ability to communicate through various methods with a wide variety of stakeholders
* Ability to proactively problem solve, overcome objections, and assist in managing barriers that exist for people living with a disability
* Performance focused mindset and proven experience achieving business targets and KPI's, using your analytical mindset to interpret data to achieve outcome
* Must hold a Driver's license as travel throughout the region will be required
