**About the role**
Nationwide has an ambitious growth agenda and as one of our Talent Acquisition Specialists, you will play a vital role in the success of the organisation. Working within a fun, supportive and cohesive team, you will bring your talent acquisition experience to support and provide direction to managers on all recruitment matters.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the role involves:
- Delivering end-to-end recruitment;
- Proactively planning recruitment needs and creating talent pipelines to suit;
- Supporting, enabling and empowering hiring managers to confidently navigate through the recruitment process;
- Advising key stakeholders on recruitment best practice, market trends and proactive sourcing strategies;
- In consultation with the Talent Acquisition Manager, reviewing recruitment processes and recommending improvements;
- Assisting the Talent Acquisition Manager in diverse recruitment projects.
**Skills & experience**
A motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, you have a consultative and dedicated approach to recruitment. You thrive on the success of your team and enjoy the reward of a successful appointment. Ultimately, your success in this role will rest on your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Additionally, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or equivalent
- Experience in delivering end to end volume recruitment activity
- Experience in using an ATS (Scout Talent) (desirable)
- Superior stakeholder management
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written & verbal communication
