About The Role
This is a part-time 30 hours per week, 12-month fixed term role until 30 June 2027, located in Mackay.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will deliver crisis intervention, conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop care plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic support while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone with:
* Current or working towards AHPRA registration (Clinical Psychologist, Registered Psychologist, Mental Health Nurse, or Occupational Therapist) or accreditation with the AASW as a Mental Health Social Worker.
* The ability to engage effectively with consumers and their families/carers to conduct assessments, coordinate care, and provide referral support.
* Proven skills in delivering holistic, evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
* Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the capability to work independently when needed.
* A solid understanding of the health and wellbeing needs of individuals with mental health and/or substance use challenges.
