About The Role
This is a part‐time 30 hours per week, 12‐month fixed term role until 30 June 2027, located in Mackay. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will deliver crisis intervention, conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop care plans, and provide evidence‐based therapeutic support while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills & Experience
* Current or working towards AHPRA registration (Clinical Psychologist, Registered Psychologist, Mental Health Nurse, or Occupational Therapist) or accreditation with the AASW as a Mental Health Social Worker.
* Ability to engage effectively with consumers and families/carers to conduct assessments, coordinate care, and provide referral support.
* Proven skills in delivering holistic, evidence‐based therapeutic interventions.
* Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently when needed.
* Solid understanding of the health and wellbeing needs of individuals with mental health and/or substance use challenges.
