As part of our planning team, you will be involved in projects providing hands-on experience and growth opportunities.
Your key responsibilities include managing or assisting with planning projects, preparing development applications, structure plans, rezoning applications, subdivision applications, due diligence, and coordination of sub-consultant inputs and reporting.
You will need completed tertiary qualifications in urban & regional planning or related disciplines, previous experience in Western Australian private practice or state/local government, solid knowledge of Western Australian state and local planning policies and guidelines, initiative and self-motivation, strong negotiation skills, and people skills.
