Position Overview:
The Strategy Manager is responsible for shaping future business strategy, corporate strategy, and supporting corporate management. Tasks encompass identifying new business opportunities, analyzing the market environment and company's value proposition, and recommending strategies. Additionally, the role involves planning, supporting corporate operations, and recommending strategic plans.
Primary Duties:
New Business Development Strategy:
o Develop marketing strategies that integrate branding, messaging, pricing, and distribution channels to achieve business goals on a global scale.
o Establish new business opportunities by researching industry trends, identifying potential markets, and analysing customer needs.
o Implement a strategic plan that aligns with organizational global goals.
o Monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented strategies, adjusting as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
o Identify, evaluate, and recommend potential new business ventures, partnerships, and M&A opportunities.
Corporate Strategy:
o Develop operational plans to ensure efficient use of company resources while achieving business goals.
o Support the corporate operations, establish necessary processes, and recommend strategic plans for corporate operations.
o Establish R&D self-fund process and oversea its implementation.
o Identify environmental factors that could impact the organisation's ability to achieve its goals and recommending solutions to mitigate risk.

그 외 자격요건
Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or
corporate development.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. An
MBA or Master's degree in Strategy is highly preferred.
Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident and eligible for an Australian Government
security clearance (minimum of BASELINE clearance level).
Undertake National Police History Check
Able to travel domestically and internationally as needed (estimated 10-20%)
Demonstrated conceptual, analytical and research skills.
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Customer Relationship Management tool (Salesforce) desirable but not essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively.
Fluent in Korean & English
