Position Overview
This is a temporary full-time position based at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and Balmain Hospital, focusing on digital health initiatives, electronic medical records, and clinical workflow optimization. The role involves supporting clinical teams during digital transitions, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of health informatics systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to digital health and eMR system projects.
* Assist with workflow analysis and design.
* Prepare and support clinical staff for digital health changes.
* Provide ongoing education and support to multidisciplinary teams.
* Lead change management efforts and respond to clinical practice adaptations.
Ideal Candidate
* Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional (Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Nutrition and Dietetics, Podiatry, Social Work) with APRHA registration or eligibility.
* For nursing: relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years of clinical experience.
* For Allied Health: extensive clinical experience in an acute setting.
