What you'll be responsible for:
Utilising VAMS (CMMS) to maximise maintenance outcomes for Victorian Water contracts
Coordinating maintenance activities and managing subcontractors across 8 sites
Implementing and maintaining maintenance plans and inventory management practices
Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and safety standards
Preparing and submitting reports to meet weekly/monthly deadlines
Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders
Supporting the regional asset management team's objectives
What you'll need to be successful:
Logistics experience, relevant coordination skills or Engineering background
Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with various stakeholders
Self-motivation and eagerness to learn about asset and maintenance operations
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Valid driver's licence
