A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Analyst to join our corporate team. This role oversees governance and compliance across multiple sites within Thales Australia's payroll shared service team.

YOUR ROLE

Based at our Sydney HQ in Sydney Olympic Park, your responsibilities will include:

* Receiving, manipulating, and analyzing payroll data such as earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, superannuation, and on-costs.
* Reviewing payroll reports and reconciling discrepancies.
* Conducting investigations to mitigate risks.
* Ensuring compliance with enterprise agreements, company policies, and Fair Work legislation, including tax and superannuation regulations.
* Managing international payroll processes for inpatriates and expatriates.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in data manipulation.
* Experience in payroll processing and understanding payroll principles and best practices.
* Knowledge of payroll legislation and employer obligations.
* Understanding of awards, enterprise agreements, and relevant laws.
* Experience working in a changing environment.
