Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain project governance and administration documentation
* Track project progress and provide regular reports on project status to stakeholders
* Produce meeting minutes, agendas, and monthly reports
* Support design management and procurement activities
* Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with safety protocols
* Administer contracts and act as Superintendent's Representative
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A recognized degree or equivalent qualification in a technical field (Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Cost Management)
* 1-4 years of project management experience, preferably client-side or consulting
* Strong administrative skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Familiarity with Aconex and the Design Phase is advantageous
* Experience in Construction Contract Administration is highly desirable
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Native-level English fluency
* Highly motivated with a passion for delivering great outcomes
