We’re looking for a Client Experience Specialist to join our growing team and play a key role in guiding clients through their new home journey — from contract signing through to completion. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is central to supporting our Sales Team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with construction teams, and acting as a trusted point of contact for clients during the build process. Your work will directly contribute to smoother sales processes, stronger client relationships, and successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Sales Support & Administration Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Team Prepare, process, and manage sales contracts and related documentation Assist with colour selections, variations, and client documentation Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM and construction systems Communicate with clients to provide updates, answer queries, and ensure a positive experience Construction Liaison & Support Conduct routine on-site construction inspections to monitor build progress Use the Onsite Companion construction management system to track progress and updates Liaise with Sales and Construction teams to ensure clear communication Support documentation, scheduling, reporting, and home handover processes Coordinate with the QA Build team regarding defect recording and management Client Experience Management Act as a key client contact during the construction phase Ensure consistent, transparent, and professional communication Support continuous improvement of client communication processes and materials Our ideal candidate has : Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent communication and rapport-building abilities Confidence using digital systems and learning new software A solutions-focused mindset and ability to work autonomously Professional presentation and a genuine commitment to customer service Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ideally, you’ll also have: Experience in sales support, administration, or client services Exposure to property, construction, or residential building environments (preferred but not essential) An interest in learning residential construction processes What we offer: Being a crucial part of a team that values your feedback, contributions, and supports your growth and development Competitive salary in a permanent full-time role A company experiencing massive growth and opportunities for the team Flare Retail discounts, Fitness Passport subsidised, and corporate uniform allowance About us GemLife is one of Australia’s fastest-growing developers of luxury over-50s residential resorts.
