About the role: Fixed Term, Full time, 12 months The Senior Application Support Specialist role in the FMIS Application Support Team provides support for the Oracle E-Business Suite which provides finance and supply functionality to Victorian Public Health Services. Using Functional and Technical expertise in Oracle's E-Business Suite including Finance, Supply and Warehouse Management functionality, this role will: * Resolve issues raised by health services, including liaison with Oracle Support where needed * Perform analysis of functional changes and customisations. * Perform Functional testing of Oracle E-Business Software upgrades and customisations About us: At the Victorian Department of Health we want a future where Victorians are the healthiest people in the world. About You: The successful candidate will be required to have knowledge of the following Qualifications/Specialist Experience Qualifications: * An IT tertiary qualification and/or extensive practical Oracle E-Business suite experience * ITIL certification would be highly desirable Specialist Experience: * Experienced in Oracle E-Business Suite fuctionality including Supply Chain, Inventory, Order Management, Warehouse Management and Accounting modules * Functional testing of Oracle E-Business Suite functionality * Excellent Problem Solving and analytical skills with a customer service focus * Proficient in writing clear functional and technical documentation * Experienced in providing Application support in a complex shared service stakeholder environment is desirable.
