Role Overview
We are seeking Senior .NET Developers to join our Digital Transformation Program and BAU teams.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new product features and enhancements to products in the HAMBS suite of applications.
* Key Responsibilities
* Design and document API specs, including expected usage and key design decisions.
* Learn and understand the business domain to align solutions with the business.
* Collaborate with team members and stakeholders as part of our agile process.
* Write clean, testable code using .NET Core and SOLID principles.
* Contribute test cases to our automation suite using Spec-Flow.
* Identify and manage database changes as part of development.
* Perform regular code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
* Estimate effort required for development tasks and plan deliverables accordingly.
* Coach and mentor other developers to improve their coding skills.
About You
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a commercial software development environment.
* Advanced knowledge of C#, ASP.Net, .NET Core, SQL, and API development.
* Strong interpersonal and team working skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Desirable: practical knowledge of React, HTML, CSS and Typescript.
