Therefore, due to continued growth we are excited to invite applications for a full time Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer.
This is a diverse and hands‑on role providing high-level support to the CEO in a fast-paced workplace. As a trusted advisor and key point of contact, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting strategic priorities, coordinating executive communications, maintaining confidentiality, and helping drive the delivery of outcomes aligned with the Company’s vision.
Duties involved, but not limited to:
- Calendar and schedule management–strategically manage the CEO’s time, prioritizing appointments and meetings.
- Communication management–screen and manage phone calls and emails, and draft and edit other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Meeting and event coordination–plan and facilitate meetings, prepare briefings, presentations and agendas, take minutes, and manage logistics for both in person and virtual events.
- Travel and logistics–arrange travel requirements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation, prepare itineraries, and assist with alternative arrangements if required.
- Project management–oversee and support special projects, manage deadlines, and track and communicate progress.
- Liaison and communication–act as a key point of contact between the CEO and other internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the Company is well represented.
- Proactive problem solving–anticipate needs, identify potential challenges and take initiative to solve problems before they elevate.
- Initiative–be proactive in learning about the Company in order to understand specific needs and preferences for the CEO.
The successful applicant must demonstrate the following:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant to Senior Executive level.
- Relevant tertiary qualification highly desirable.
- Exceptional organisational skill with impeccable attention to detail.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with ability to engage effectively and appropriately with diverse audiences.
- Self‑directed, polished, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
- Ability to demonstrate absolute professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Trusted for your integrity, judgment and calmness under pressure.
- Friendly and approachable personality with high EQ.
- Hold a current driver’s licence.
- Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one.
