**The company**

Small collaborative and busy team of Engineers operating across all project sectors, delivering solutions to a range of clients.

**What will you be doing?**

You will be the sole administrator for the business, working alongside the team and supporting the Directors. You'll need to hit the ground running and will therefore come with strong experience in a similar position. Problem solving and being a self-starter will come naturally to you, and you thrive on working autonomously.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Answer calls and manage enquiries where possible
- Prepare proposals in InDesign and other marketing and BD collateral
- Manage social media pages and appropriate content
- Coordinate with suppliers, facilities and various stakeholders
- Set up IT for new starters / IT troubleshooting
- Produce various documents, reports and presentations
- Organise staff/stakeholder events
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Directors & team

**What will I need to succeed?**
- The successful person will have a proactive and flexible approach to work, as the role will be ever evolving.
- Previous experience in an Engineering Consultancy environment is preferred.
- **Advanced MS Office and Adobe InDesign essential**.
- Prior experience in or supporting marketing will be highly regarded.
- Ability to multitask and meeting tight deadlines
