**Accounts & Administration Assistant**

This company produce the top quality products and distribute globally. This industry leader is looking for an Assistant Accountant with high accuracy.
**Responsibilities**:
**Accounting**
- Assisting Accounts / Administration Manager in accounting jobs such as recording expenses, bank reconciliation and preparing monthly General Journal entries for closing/allocation/corrections
- Accounts receivable - Investigating, following up and processing of outstanding claims, credit notes and overdue invoices
- Preparing and process weekly payment
- All freight invoice check against sales and internal transfer
- EOM Adjustment accrual, prepayment, customer deposit
- Timely and accurate processing of invoices
- Ensure supporting documents and approvals are obtained
- Be the first point of contact for any client invoice queries and come to a resolution with the client
- Promptly deal with all queries, including those concerning external clients
**Sales Admin**
- Processing sales orders
- Ensuring that purchase orders/invoices are matched correctly by number and vendor
- Resolving order and inventory problems by investigating data and history
- Generating and preparing meeting reports and sales reports
- Check and issuing service invoice
**General Affairs**
- Maintaining supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items; delivering supplies to work stations.
- Performing administrative and office support activities directed by management
- Assisting Administration Manager in providing advice and information to employees on company policies and procedures
- Maintain and update WHS policy.
- Attend WHS meeting and document the minutes.
- IT support
- Other duties as directed by the Employer from time to time.

**What you will need**:
- At least two years accounts payable, receivable and general accounting experience
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and study further
- Excellent communication skills.
