Key Responsibilities
* New Business Acquisition: Identify and close opportunities in the corporate and government sectors by leveraging cold outreach, referrals, and networking.
* Strategic Partnerships: Build relationships with key vendors and negotiate contracts to expand service offerings.
* Client Management: Grow existing accounts by identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities and ensuring alignment with client needs.
* Market Penetration: Collaborate with marketing teams to design targeted campaigns and drive demand generation.
* Solution Design: Work with technical teams to tailor proposals, including cost estimation and compliance with security standards.
Sales Technology Implementation
* Tool Evaluation & Deployment: Assess, select, and implement MSP-specific sales tools to streamline workflows and eliminate manual processes.
KPIs
* Achieve $500K+ in annual contract value within the first year.
* Maintain a pipeline 3x the quarterly sales target.
Requirements
* Experience: 3+ years in IT managed services sales, with a track record of exceeding targets.
* Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and MSP service models.
* Relationship Builder: Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
* Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities.
