If you have experience in office administration, reception, or a legal office environment — and you love helping people — this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
About the Role
In this full-time position, you'll be the welcoming face of our leading conveyancing business. Your day-to-day duties will include:
* Greeting clients and managing reception
* Producing documents, letters, and general clerical tasks
* Providing high-level customer service
* Using Microsoft Office and other systems with confidence
* Strong computer skills, excellent presentation, and a warm, professional telephone manner are essential.
