AUTO ELECTRICIAN / MECHANIC - BDS MIDDLEMOUNT
BDS Mechanical currently has a full-time position available for a dual-trade Auto Electrician with LV or Diesel Mechanic qualifications to join our team in Middlemount. This role involves a mix of workshop-based and field service work on site, offering an excellent opportunity to join a large, secure, and well-regarded company.

The successful candidates will possess the following:
- Relevant Trade Qualification
- Diagnostic experience
- Heavy and medium truck & trailer repair experience
- High level of technical ability & knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Strong fault finding skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Extra skills, experience, tickets and licenses will be advantageous
- Spanner knowledge preferred
- Aircon ticket preferred
Your duties will include:
- Installing new vehicle wiring systems.
- Installing and troubleshooting immobilizer and alarm systems.
- Gathering information from customers about issues with their electrical system.
- Diagnosing electrical issues and proposing a course of action.
- Providing customers with estimated time and cost for repairs.
- Repairing and replacing faulty wiring or electrical systems.
- Servicing of electrical automotive parts
