Are you passionate about cutting hair and looking for an exciting new opportunity? Our Stylists specialise in cutting. Just Cuts Arndale and/or West Lakes are seeking a qualified full-time/part-time/casual Hairdresser to join our dynamic and friendly team.
About the role
As a valued member of our team, you will:
* Perform high-quality haircuts and styling services for our clients
* Work in a supportive and collaborative environment with other talented professionals
* Focus solely on cutting and styling hair, with no chemical work involved
* Enjoy a flexible schedule with a no appointment system
What you'll be doing
* Providing exceptional hair cutting and styling services to our valued clientele
* Maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for all customers
* Adhering to company standards and procedures to ensure consistent and quality service
* Actively contributing to the growth and success of the salon through exceptional customer service
* Participating in team meetings and training to continuously develop your skills and knowledge
* Assisting with general salon duties such as stock management and reception support as required
What we're looking for
* Qualified hairdresser with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a salon environment
* Certificate III in Hairdressing qualification is required
* A stylist that wants to be a part of an a great team
* Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for the hair and beauty industry
* Strong time management and organisational abilities to work efficiently and effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues
* A creative flair and the ability to deliver on-trend hairstyles
* Flexibility to work within the required part-time, full time or casual hours, including weekdays and weekends
* Australian work rights are required for this position
