Team Leadership Role
As a seasoned team leader, you will play a pivotal role in efficiently managing the Front Office department, providing exceptional service to guests and colleagues alike.
The successful candidate will possess strong communication and customer relations skills, with experience in hotel reservation systems and MS Office. A good trainer, able to facilitate at all levels, is essential for this role.
* Assist the Front Office Management Team in managing the department according to established protocols.
* Ensure that all Front Office employees are familiar with the hotel's products and services, current promotions, policies and other key information.
* Develop the skills and effectiveness of all Front Desk employees through training, coaching and mentoring.
To be considered for this role, please ensure you have: well-developed computer skills, especially in MS Office and Opera; comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting and productivity requirements; previous hotel reservation experience preferred.
