The Role
Reporting to the Director of Finance. Key responsibilities include:
- Balance sheet review and clean-up / reconciliations (both recent and existing entities)
- Skilled in tax return preparation and ensuring full compliance with local and international tax regulations
- Prepare accurate budgets and forecasts to support business planning.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Oversee general ledger functions and maintain robust internal controls.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership to support business initiatives.
- Drive improvements in financial systems and processes.
Your Skills & Experience
- A qualified CPA/CA with over 5 years of experience specifically in Financial Controller roles, indicating a strong foundation in financial leadership and governance.
- Background in complex, multinational organisations; experience in Big 4 or similar environments preferred.
- Highly self-sufficient with the ability to make an immediate impact and require minimal onboarding
