JOB DESCRIPTION
A Restaurant Manager is responsible for the complete operation and financial performance of the restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will also be responsible for the development of the management team and crew in your restaurant.
Being a Restaurant Manager can be challenging and rewarding. You will develop new relationships with others and have the responsibility to lead a team to run a restaurant along with the staffing and development of the team.
As a Restaurant Manager you are the business owner of your restaurant, you are accountable and responsible for the performance of your restaurant, and are empowered to make the best decisions for your business. We value your input and abilities, and therefore entrust that you will be able to manage and operate your restaurant to the brand standards. As a Restaurant Manager you report directly into your Area Manager and Operations Manager. Your restaurant management team, and crew team reports to you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of employees, providing coaching, training, and support.
* Maintain the quality of food, service, and cleanliness to meet and exceed our high standards.
* Implement and enforce health and safety standards to ensure a safe working and dining environment.
* Control costs, manage budgets effectively, and drive profitability.
* Develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives to boost sales.
* Handle customer inquiries and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
* Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability.
REQUIREMENTS
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in the fast-food or quick-service industry.
* Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
* Knowledge of restaurant operations and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.
* Food Safety and ServSafe certification is a plus.
* Experience in staff rostering, scheduling, and workforce planning to optimise service delivery
