* Lead and support Branch Managers to deliver on business priorities and elevate team performance
* Develop strong relationships with clients to provide tailored recommendations that strengthen their businesses
* Communicate clear direction, strategy, goals, and expectations, fostering an inclusive team culture
* Contribute to operational plans to guide delivery of the overall business strategy
* Cultivate new sales opportunities to enhance Elders' presence
* Participate in strategic planning for the area and state
About You
* Have extensive knowledge of the agricultural industry (minimum 10 years' experience), including product and sales management
* Effectively lead and motivate a team to achieve annual sales and earnings targets
* Thrives in a collaborative working environment
* Resourceful, forward-thinking, and passionate about creating meaningful change for clients and communities
* Deliver outstanding customer service and cultivate lasting client relationships
