Offer description

This is the next step for a switched-on Contract Administrator who wants ownership, structure, and a clear runway to grow.
You'll take commercial control on a new townhouse project in Everton Park (12 x three-level homes, 11-month program, $6M) with a repeat client and a collaborative delivery team.
Work closely with an experienced Director and PM in a project & construction management environment that values innovation, clarity, and doing things properly across SEQ.
The Role
Own the end-to-end head / subcontract administration for the project : procurement, claims, variations, EOTs, forecasting, and reporting.
You'll partner with the Project Manager and Site Manager to keep budget, scope, quality, and schedule aligned, supported by a QA Consultant and solid systems (Microsoft Suite, Build Pass, Loop Logics).
Expect weekly site visits from Helensvale HQ, tight documentation, and proactive engagement with subcontractors and suppliers.

Progress claims, variations, and EOTs submitted accurately and on schedule

Clean, audit-ready documentation with zero surprises at PCG or claim time
Strong supplier / subbie relationships and pricing accuracy that protects margin
Project runs to cost, quality, and program.
No rework, no last-minute scrambles
Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and manage subcontractor packages and scopes
Administer supplier and subcontractor claims; head / subcontract documentation
Prepare and submit variations, EOTs, and progress claims
Maintain cost registers; track commitments vs budgets; assist forecasting & reports
Contribute to procurement schedules and materials tracking
Liaise with subcontractors / suppliers to validate scope, rates, and quantities
Collaborate with site to align cost, quality, and schedule objectives
Support structured QA with the QA Consultant and PM; keep files immaculate
You
3 - 5 years' CA experience in multi-residential or commercial construction
Proven at subcontractor package letting and contract documentation
Townhouse or low / mid-rise multi-res experience preferred
Sharp on contracts, variations, EOTs; numerically strong with great attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Suite and construction systems (Build Pass, Loop Logics)
Organised, proactive, and team-first communicator who keeps everyone aligned
