About the Role
We're on the lookout for aCorporate Engagement and Events Manager to take on a dynamic, multi-faceted expanding role working closely with the CEO and executive team. You will help build and lead the smooth delivery of CCF's national office operations, manage national grants, drive stakeholder engagement, and spearhead the planning and execution of high-profile national events.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with CCF's corporate partners, ensuring deliverables are met, benefits are realised, and opportunities for mutual value and visibility are maximised.
* Organise major national events, including the annual CCF National Exchange in Canberra, teleconferences, and general meetings.
* Coordinate and support national grant applications and reporting.
* Support membership engagement and lead prospect development activities.
* Provide office and administrative support, including basic financial assistance.
* Contribute to the production of key publications including the Annual Report and member updates.
* Undertake national travel as required.
Who We're Looking For
* A skilled operations or events professional with 1-3 years' experience and excellent organisational abilities.
* A confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
* Someone who can juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines with precision.
* A detail-oriented and solutions-focused mindset.
* Prior exposure to grant writing or coordination is a bonus.
* Experience in a member-based organisation or industry association is desirable, but not essential.
* Someone keen to grow with the organisation and the industry in the future.
