We’re looking for a Communications Manager with a sharp eye who can craft compelling copy that cuts through across emails, social posts, digital ads, and other campaign assets. You'll be part of the Marketing Services team, helping bring our global campaigns to life with messaging that’s punchy, persuasive, and aligned to the brand. While your core strength is in writing high-impact campaign content, you’ll also have the skill and flexibility to produce materials such as white papers, fact sheets, and case studies, ensuring we tell a cohesive story across every stage of the customer journey. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Sales, taking a proactive approach to adopting new technology, leveraging AI tools to streamline content creation, ensuring efficiency and consistency. The Communications Manager will also oversee high-volume content production, applying strong project management skills and innovative problem-solving to meet the evolving demands of the business and deliver content at scale. This position will be based in our Sydney office - minimum of 4 days per week in the office Key ResponsibilitiesCreate high-performing short-form content for digital campaigns - including emails, social media posts, web banners, and paid ads - Ensuring all content aligns with brand voice, messaging guidelines, and technical accuracy across all global markets, considering cultural nuances and regional differences.AI-Enhanced Content Creation: Utilize AI tools to generate high-quality marketing content, continuously refining and enhancing AI-driven writing to ensure alignment with brand tone, messaging, and audience engagement.High-Volume Content Management: Oversee large-scale content production with excellent project management skills, ensuring efficiency, creativity, and strategic thinking to meet high-demand content needs while maintaining quality and consistency.Simplify Complex Concepts: Transform intricate technical features into easy-to-understand messaging tailored to specific audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders - Adapting tone and format to different buyer personas and stages of the sales funnel.Support global product launches and go-to-market initiatives with sharp messaging, from awareness to conversion with supporting content (e.g. white papers, fact sheets, FAQs, case studies) that deepens engagement and builds credibility.Collaborate with Product, Sales Enablement, and Marketing teams to align messaging across all touch points and manage relationships (where required) with external partners, content agencies, and media outlets to amplify the impact of campaign communications. QualificationsProven experience in writing marketing product content, with a focus on SaaS products and enterprise technology.Proven experience in communications or marketing roles, preferably within B2B Technology space.Thrive in a fast-paced environment with an attention to detailAbility to collaborate with technical teams to distill detailed product information into clear, audience-focused content.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a talent for crafting compelling messages.Creative execution experience and talent for taking a complex subject matter and crafting simple, compelling messaging that speaks our customers language.Demonstrable energy, commitment and drive to succeed.Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflows.
