The role involves various functions to ensure the timely delivery of water and sewer services to the Singleton community.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide accurate and timely administrative support and training to the Water and Sewer team.Handle customer inquiries via phone and written communication, conduct research, raise customer requests, and respond appropriately.Assist with advice, review, and processing of water and sewer applications, including building plans, Water Management Act compliance, and connections.Manage updates to communication platforms such as internet and intranet pages, ensuring information is current and accurate.Support team logistics and assist with meetings, including invitations, agendas, minutes, and action recording.This is a temporary 2-year traineeship, working 35 hours per week, studying for a Certificate III in Business Administration. The remuneration aligns with the Local Government (State) Award, ranging from $803.30 to $920.10 per week, plus superannuation and allowances.
