The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Manager – Sustainability Reporting & Assurance to play a key role in building and delivering our sustainability service offering. In this role, you'll lead client engagements across emerging sustainability reporting frameworks, helping organisations navigate evolving regulatory landscapes and embed best‐practice ESG reporting and assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead sustainability audit and advisory engagements, including planning, execution, and delivery
* Design and implement audit approaches aligned to sustainability frameworks (e.g. AASB S2, ASSA 5000)
* Deliver client workshops supporting adoption of sustainability reporting requirements and emissions disclosures
* Identify and assess climate‐related risks and develop appropriate assurance procedures
* Prepare sustainability assurance reports and communicate insights to senior stakeholders, boards, and executives
* Lead and develop team members, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback
* Contribute to business development, including scoping, pricing, and building client relationships
What We're Looking For
* CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent)
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline
* 5+ years' experience in audit, assurance, or sustainability‐related roles
* Strong understanding of financial and sustainability reporting frameworks
* Experience managing stakeholders and leading teams
* Excellent analytical, problem‐solving, and communication skills
* A proactive mindset with curiosity and a passion for sustainability
* Ability to balance technical expertise with commercial awareness
