Responsible for providing remote and onsite support, your willingness to learn is a must as the role will be exposed to a broad range of duties and technologies.
Key Responsibilities Managing & providing a point of contact for 1st and 2nd level Support to end-users within client's desktop & related hardware/software environments Deliver quality, remote support in a timely fashion using a variety of remote access tools Schedule onsite client visits to provide maintenance and direct support Engage with third party vendors to resolve issues that require vendor escalation Assemble and configure server and networking components for onsite implementation Active Directory administration User creation and termination requests Remote configuration of hardware and software Skills & Experience Office 365 and Azure AD Admin Windows 10 and 11 admin Exposure to firewalls maintenance Experience with Virtualisation setup and admin (VMWare) Managing networks, network hardware, networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, Routing, DNS, VLANs) and the ability to troubleshoot a variety of networking issues Experience deploying and troubleshooting backup and anti-virus technologies Experience troubleshooting and deploying next generation firewalls What's on Offer Being part of a well-established & fast-growing business, your contribution will be highly visible & measurable from day one.
