This position is ideal for an autonomous and driven Associate/ Senior Associate to independently manage the design of exciting project across a range of project typologies. You will be supported in your role and enjoy a high degree of collaboration and balance between design and delivery, and will lead a capable, experienced and passionate team.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES.
* Coordination of design from concept to delivery
* Internal team management and business development
* Work across multiple projects at different stages
* Close Client interaction and site visits
* Manage juniors and internal documentation teams
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
* Autonomous leadership and management of projects from concept to delivery is a must
* Design leadership and innovative thinking to overcome problems and offer solutions
* Demonstrated conceptual design skills
* Revit proficient, with extensive in-studio experience
* Ability to produce and coordinate DA documentation
