Work effectively with multiple stakeholders to maintain and grow business.Develops a deep knowledge of the solutions offered by Solventum Medical Surgical Division and how they can be applied in clinical settings.Conduct professional and impactful business reviews to help customers understand current trends, deliver savings opportunities, identify key initiatives, and facilitate projects that drive value to the customer and Solventum.Complies with company policies including CRM metrics.Key Criteria (desirable)Sales experience within med tech industry devices or consumables preferred.Bachelor's degree in nursing (specialist skills in Vascular Access Device Management, infection prevention or critical care highly regarded).Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to interpret data and translate insights into territory growth strategies.Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to communicate clinical and commercial concepts clearly.Positive can‐do attitude, organized, and results driven.Values team collaboration while maintaining strong independent territory ownership.Travel: Regional territory travel required; driver's license required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
