Foster a warm, inclusive environment where every child feels valued, safe, and empowered to explore. Maintain open channels of communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns with care. Collaborate seamlessly with fellow educators to create a cohesive and supportive learning community. Continuously assess children's development, adjusting teaching strategies based on their evolving needs.You Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification. Bring expertise in EYLF, NQF, and Child Safety to the table. Demonstrate a deep understanding of child development and effective teaching methods. Shine in communication and interpersonal skills, fostering meaningful connections with children, families, and colleagues. Have a proven track record of creating vibrant, engaging learning environments.
