About the Role
Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee the delivery of high-quality residential homes. This role is responsible for managing the full construction process on site, ensuring homes are built safely, on time, within budget, and to Regent Homes' high standards. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you'll work closely with trades, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the build journey.
In This Role, You Will
* Manage the construction of multiple homes from site start through to completion
* Ensure all homes are built in line with Australian Standards, Building Codes, and company specifications
* Monitor construction progress, costs, and timeframes, minimising variations and ETSs
* Maintain strong relationships with trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Provide regular progress updates to customers and internal stakeholders
* Ensure full compliance with WHS requirements and onsite safety standards
* Oversee site presentation, quality of workmanship, and defect management
* Act as the key point of contact for site‐specific and maintenance matters
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor within residential construction
* Strong knowledge of building standards, WHS, and construction processes
* Supervisor's License up to 2 storey (preferred but not essential)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple sites
* A proactive, solutions‐focused approach and strong attention to detail
* Trade or tertiary qualification in Building, Construction or Engineering
* White Card
* Current driver's licence
