Retail Sales Associate
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our sales floor team in Lismore, NSW. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, processing transactions and assisting with inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
* Maintain high visual merchandising standards throughout the store
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale system
* Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing stock
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and promote a positive team culture
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous retail experience and strong communication skills
* Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
* Ability to lift heavy stock and stand for long periods
