Warehouse Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our Distribution Centre in the Northern Territory.
* To ensure effective resource planning for day-to-day operations, enhancing efficiency and customer experience.
* To direct and monitor team performance to meet supply chain targets, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
* To collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly Sales Managers, Inventory & EHS teams, and regional network managers.
Key Responsibilities:
* To oversee site distribution fleet, warehouse operations, suppliers, and inventory.
* To manage and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* To work autonomously, making decisions that align with business objectives.
Requirements:
* A current Truck license and forklift license.
* Proven experience in warehouse or DC management / supervision.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
