The Opportunity
We're seeking a driven Account Manager to join our Cairns team, servicing the broader North Queensland region. Reporting to the Area Manager, you'll manage and grow key client relationships while actively developing new business. This role offers strong long-term growth and the chance to establish yourself as a trusted workforce solutions partner.

* Proven ability to identify and close new business opportunities

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
* Current Australian Driver's Licence
Recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential. Backgrounds in Trade, Sales, or Customer Service are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Promote Programmed's services to new and existing clients
* Conduct site visits, safety inspections, and safety talks
* Prepare proposals and quotations
* Ensure compliance and accurate account management
* Champion a strong safety culture
* Routinely complete in person safety inspections and safety talk
