Responsibilities
Develop a thorough understanding of the needs and circumstances of clients so that client needs are effectively managed Ensure accounts are administered efficiently, in line with legislative and compliance guidelines Achieve referrals and retention opportunities through active client management and engagement Act as the point of contact for clients and provide timely and accurate support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders in meeting the needs of these clients Actively contribute to the attainment of high levels of internal and external client satisfaction Support the team to ensure service deliverables are met About You
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. An ability to connect with people from all walks of life Comfortable dealing with clients with a disability and who have complex needs and comfortable working in a team Resilient, have a client centric mindset, exercise good judgment and are able to manage competing tasks Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a role where you have managed client relationships. Working in a Social Care, Trustee, Financial Services or Legal environment is desirable, but not essential Good attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple priorities How we work
