About the Role
As a Therapy Leisure Partner, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of residents by delivering meaningful leisure, lifestyle, and therapy activities.
* Maintain residents' independence, wellbeing, and joy through engaging leisure and therapy activities.
* Work collaboratively with therapists to ensure dignity and choice are respected.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you should have a Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent experience. Previous experience in lifestyle roles within aged care or community services is highly desirable. Possess current First Aid certification, a valid Driver's License, and knowledge of Work Health Safety practices.
