Accommodation Support Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
* Supporting clients to maintain independence and advocate for their individual needs.
* Providing personalised care, including mealtime assistance, personal care, medication administration, and manual handling using various equipment.
* Transporting clients in wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
* Monitoring client well-being and reporting progress.
Requirements:
* A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities.
* No prior experience required – just a willingness to learn and make a difference.
* Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and active night shifts.
* A valid driver's license (P2 minimum).
