About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Reception Agent to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience with us.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and check-in guests, responding to requests and settling accounts in a prompt and professional manner.
* Take initiative to add a personalized touch to each guest's stay, promoting hotel facilities and opportunities for up-selling.
* Prioritize tasks and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A service-focused personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work shifts, including afternoon and evening shifts, and be available on weekends.
* Experience in a similar role is an asset, as is proficiency in Opera or a related system.
* Fluency in English is essential.
