Title: Senior Content ManagerReports to: Group Marketing DirectorBased in: Double Bay with some travelSalary: $100kWho We ArePetite Group is a fast-growing, content-led hospitality group creating places people genuinely want to be part of & talk about.Our world spans vibrant Japanese dining at Tanuki, cult-favourite Italian at Matteo Downtown & Matteo Double Bay, late-night cocktails at The Lobo, & the iconic Osborn House; our country hotel designed by Linda Boronkay (ex-Soho House Creative Director) that blends art, food, culture & luxurious yet laidback escapism (& tons of wild kangaroos...).And we're just getting started... This year we're launching a wave of new sushi concepts in the city, plus hotel projects across Sydney & coastal Australia. Content sits at the centre of how we build hype, tell stories & bring these brands to life; creating cinematic, culture-forward short-form content.If you love storytelling, trends, social media & building brands people obsess over, you'll feel at home here. Plus, we like to think we're a pretty fun team, which is fun.The RoleWe're looking for a Senior Content Manager to own & scale Petite Group's organic social presence across multiple brands & platforms; from iconic legacy venues to highly anticipated new launches.This is a hands-on, creative, growth-focused role. You'll be the mind behind our virality, the voice of our digital communities, & a key player in how our brands show up.You'll work closely with our Creative Director, videographer & photographer, & video editor; with the freedom & resources to test ideas, move fast & make noise. You'll be leading on some of the most exciting pre-launch campaigns in Australian hospitality.What You'll DoOwn the organic social strategy across all venues & platformsBuild & execute weekly content calendarsSpot trends early & turn them into high-performing content, fastRun growth experiments to maximise reach, engagement & awareness: Constantly be reviewing performance, reporting insights & making improvements to driveLead & manage the content team: Plan, brief & run shoots with our videographers & photographers, & brief video editors with clear creative direction, tone & expectationsCollaborate with Brand & Performance teams to align organic content with campaigns, launches & paid mediaBuild & manage weekly influencer, celebrity & press activities

What You'll Bring3+ years' experience in a social, content or growth roleProven examples of high-performing short-form content (Reels/Tiktok)Strong creative judgement, attention to detail & storytellingDeep understanding of platform behaviour, trends & algorithmsAbility to lead, push pace & keep momentum highA genuine interest in hospitality, food, social media & travelHospitality experience is a plus, but curiosity & taste matter more
