About the Role
As a vital member of the Education team, the Event Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in the planning and delivery of agricultural education programs throughout the year. This includes major exhibitions at the Perth Royal Show as well as ongoing education programs delivered at the Claremont Showgrounds.
In this hands‐on role, you will be responsible for coordinating the logistics that bring education experiences to life. You'll work closely with internal teams, contractors and educators to deliver safe, engaging and well‐organised programs across initiatives such as Yellow Brick Road, Farm 2 Food, Smart Farms, Animal Nursery, Cattle Corner and the Dairy Pavilion.
Through strong planning, collaboration and on‐the‐ground coordination, you'll ensure programs are delivered on time, compliant with safety and operational requirements, and create memorable experiences for visitors, educators, staff and partners.
About You
You are a highly organised and proactive events professional with a passion for delivering well‐planned, engaging experiences. You thrive in fast‐paced environments and are confident managing multiple priorities while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated experience in event logistics, operations, or project administration.
Qualification in Event Management, Business Administration, or Project Management (Desirable).
Experience with procurement processes (ordering, invoicing, and budget tracking).
Experience in project planning for multi-faceted events or similar.
Outstanding stakeholder management skills and a natural ability to build and maintain relationships with key parties.
