**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellence in warehouse services, ensuring quality storage and distribution expertise to sites.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Ensuring inventory availability and providing exceptional customer service when conducting activities such as stocktaking, receipting, inward and outward handling of goods, bulk commodity management and replenishment of satellite stores.
* Month end accruals and general ledger reconciliations for the Finance team.
* Daily pre-start checks of equipment and vehicles, bulk commodity counts and reconciliations, a high volume of data processing of receipts, stocktaking, fuel management, safe handling and storage and recording of hazardous materials and organisation of deliveries.
**Requirements:**
* Previous warehousing/logistics experience in an industrial environment.
* Excellent communication skills delivering results and meeting customer expectations.
* An ability to think logically and enjoy solving problems.
* Strong knowledge of inventory systems such as Pronto, SAP, Oracle.
* An ability to adapt and respond to change with a cheerful outlook.
* Personal commitment to OHS policies and always demonstrating safe work practices.
* Strong computer literacy using the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Exchange).
* Current Forklift Ticket and WA Drivers C Class is essential. Integrated Tool Carrier desirable.
* Dangerous Good Licence (essential).
