About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator / Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a busy steel fabrication business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a small team, takes ownership of their work, and can keep systems, communication, and workflow running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily office operations
* Handle emails, phone calls, and client enquiries
* Prepare and process quotes, purchase orders, and invoices
* Schedule jobs and coordinate with workshop and site teams
* Maintain records, documentation, and job files
* Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal staff
* Assist management with reporting and general administration
About You
* Previous experience in office administration or office management
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems (Xero experience advantageous)
* Ability to multitask and problem-solve
* Reliable, proactive, and professional attitude
Desirable (not essential):
* Experience in construction, manufacturing, or trades environment
