Playing both internal and external roles, the successful candidate will join as an integral member of this high-profile team and will balance priorities across departments to deliver high-quality work.You will take on a dual role that combines client services expertise with hands-on social media execution. You will own client accounts, executing strategy, planning, and delivering social media campaigns while maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with clients and internally with our teams across various offices.ResponsibilitiesBuilding client relationships; understanding individual client requirements and consistently meeting or exceeding expectationsPresenting to junior and senior clients, as well as at partner meetings and eventsMaximizing revenue from clients and producing accurate cost estimatesManaging a team to deliver effective performance at all levelsCreating project briefs; collaborating with internal teams to develop ideas; presenting and selling those ideas to clientsLeading agency pitches within our new business processEnsuring campaigns are delivered efficiently to high standards, on time, and within budgetImplementing innovative social media strategies aligned with client objectivesLeading content calendar creation, overseeing social campaigns, and analyzing content performanceDeveloping and managing influencer and ambassador campaigns, including proposals, collaborations, and outcomesLeading broader digital marketing projects and experiential activations, such as website campaigns, events, or integrated brand campaignsRequirements7+ years of agency experience; experience in tech or related industries is a plusStrong background in account management within social and influencer environmentsExcellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skillsAbility to manage direct reports and lead account teamsExperience with community management projects is advantageousStrong organizational skills, creativity, and ability to manage multiple priorities seamlesslyThis job description serves as a guide to the key responsibilities and expectations of the role.
